PREPARING YOURSELF FOR LIQUID BBL (BUM FILLERS)
PRE CARE FOR YOUR LIQUID BBL JOURNEY
It is important that you inform us of any allergies you may have, so that we can see if you are suitable for treatment. Please note we use lidocaine in this treatment, which is a local anaesthetic. If you are allergic to lidocaine or sensitive to this product, you can not have this treatment. It is also important to understand the risks of this treatment before going ahead with it. Please speak to us if you've got any concerns regarding Liquid BBL.
DURATION OF EFFECT
Body Contouring range of dermal fillers are hyaluronic based and hence the effects are non-permanent but long-lasting. Like any other dermal filler, the duration of effect of this range is variable between clients and depends on several factors including age, type of skin, body metabolism, lifestyle, healthy living and immune system. These dermal fillers can last between 12months to 4 years depending on the factors described. Follow up treatments may be required of 50% every 6-12 months after the first treatment to maintain results (just like any other dermal filler)
Pease ensure you drink at least 1.5 litres of water everyday especially on your treatment day
Please Eat and drink before your appointment.
You must stop all Aspirin containing products and any medications that are known as blood thinners at least 48 hours before treatment.
Please do not take Ibuprofen (NSAIDs). Paracetamol is advised instead.
We recommend to wear loose clothing to our appointment to avoid irritation.
You can wear underwear during your appointment, however we recommend to avoid, Pants/Shorts as these will get in the way of treatment. You are allowed to wear thongs.
We recommend purchasing arnica cream to help with potential bruising as its great for reducing bruising. This can be applied before and after treatment to the target area.
Shower before you come. -You dont want to wet the dressing and to minimise infection, use a deep clean body gel (Hibiscrub cleanser is perfect before this procedure if youre wanting to make the most out of your healing progress)
Ideally you want to get dropped by taxi or someone so you can rest and let the filler settle (even better if you sleep on your stomach for the car journey) so you wouldn't manipulate the area by compressing it.
If you must drive, please invest in a BBL pillow or an extra soft blanket so you wouldn't be uncomfortable.
Massage the area to give a good blood circulation before your appointment, this will speed up the healing process and open up your skin tissues easier.
No alcohol, no caffeine, no ibuprofen and no exercise 24 hours before your appointment.
PLEASE READ:
If you are wanting more than 100ml, under our policy, you are required to take antibiotics. You can refuse to take them but if you do get an infection the company will not be held liable. We cant stress enough to tell this to everyone that it is not a small treatment, the highest risk doing Liquid BBL is infection.
Main rule is: keep it clean, dry and plastered until you have fully healed and PLEASE follow the aftercare.
IF you are on your period, please don't wear pads or reschedule your appointment for another date, as its best to wear a tampon when getting this treatment done if you really want to get it on the date you have chosen.

OR ANY SURGICAL SPIRIT OR ALCOHOL WIPE WILL DO JUST FINE.

AFTERCARE FOR YOUR LIQUID BBL JOURNEY
After your procedure you will be a little sore due to your body getting accustomed to your new booty. Avoid sitting directly on your buttocks for long periods of time for the first 3 weeks
Drink 1.5L of water per day, Hyaluronic Acid needs water to expand and survive. Dehydration causes the filler to break down faster.
Keep surgical plasters on for the first 24hrs. Do not remove these if not necessary.
-If filler or blood comes out leaking, please make sure you remove both plasters that you've got and disinfect the area and replace with fresh clean plasters. This is a VERY important stage of your liquid bbl to avoid any infections. Please do not expose the wound for too long.
Buttocks - Refrain from sleeping on the back for one week. The filler needs time to settle in place and sleeping on your back can disrupt placement.
Hips - Refrain from sleeping on your sides for one week. The filler needs time to settle in place and sleeping on your hips can disrupt placement.
If you want to shower after 24hrs of your treatment make sure you replace the plasters after you've disinfected the area, please don't remove the plasters unless there is leaking or the plasters are coming off, don't change the plasters.
No saunas or sun beds for 2 weeks.
Please do not manipulate the area by compressing it, try to be on your stomach as much as possible or standing up.
Buttocks - Do not sit for more than 45 minutes at one time following the treatment. Stand up frequently to relieve pressure on the incisions
If you are travelling from another city, we recommend staying over night if your journey is over 4 Hours.
Avoid mild Exercising for 1 week, medium exercising for 2 weeks and hard exercising for 3 weeks (HEAVY weights)
Avoid Excessive amount of alcohol and smoking for at least 24 hours.
Avoid IBUPROFEN! Pain killers thats normal and ok to take is paracetamol, aspirin and codeine. Please understand that there will be pain after a day when the lidocaine wearing off. the pain goes away usually on day 4 but again, everyone is different and some girls dont even feel this.
We use a blunt cannula to fan the product to create a beautiful shape, by using this method it reduces any risk of complications. It is the safest way to increase your booty shape and size.
The filler will feel firm for the first 2-4 weeks, this will resolve as the filler softens.
Day 1
The lidocaine (numbing agent) will start to wear off approx 4 hours after treatment. You may start to feel some swelling and discomfort. The filler will feel hard to touch and sometimes will look deformed as it pulls the skin inwards. This its totally normal and will start to blend in once the filler gets softer.
Day 2-4
You may feel swelling/pain where the filler has been placed. The filler will feel hard to touch. Icing the area will help with redness and swelling
Day 5-7
Remove bandages to check if incisions have closed, if incisions have not closed, please re-plaster and keep covered for another 3 days.
The swelling will start to subside, your skin may feel itchy where the skin is stretching to accommodate the filler. The filler will start to feel softer as it absorbs water and expands.
Please massage the area in circular motion using the palm of your hand 3 times a day/3 mins to promote migration into the fat tissue.
Days 8-14
The filler will become much softer like your own fat tissue and results are much more noticeable.
COMPOSITION
Body Contouring fillers are hyaluronic acid dermal fillers and contain 24 mg of cross-linked Hyaluronic acid.
Results are seen instantly, but they will also increase in size around 20-25% 2 weeks after your treatment we call this the ‘fluff and pop stage’.
This is due to Dermal Filler being hydrophilic which means it attracts water and expands, the gel works by attracting water to the area where it has been injected and increasing in volume.
